Besides saving you time, the AC104 saves on paper consumption and filing space with Image Repeat Copy that prints multiple images from an original onto a single page, and Combine Originals that merges up to 4 images onto one sheet, allowing you to easily copy both sides of insurance cards or checks onto one page. Enlarge an image for display or presentation purposes by printing it onto9 sheets of paper with Poster Copy.

Flexible Fax Features
Enjoy advanced fax functionality with a fast 3-second-per-page transmission speed. If you need to prioritize faxes, simply store jobs in the system’s ample 320-page memory and let Priority Transmission send the most important documents first. Use the Remote Control Panel software to set up fax system data options, create and edit Phonebook entries, or view the information of your system right from the convenience of your PC. Use up to 10 Quick Dials and 90 Speed Dials for easy dialing to frequent recipients, or fax to many destinations at once with the convenient Group Dial feature. Should an incoming fax arrive and your paper tray is empty, the AC104 stores data in memory for easy printing later, so you never lose important information.

Right out of the box, the Ricoh AC104 is ready to connect to your PC via a Standard USB1.1 (USB cable included) or IEEE1284 Parallel Port. Because the AC104 seamlessly integrates with all of today’s popular operating systems, you’ll immediately enjoy 600 dpi, 17-page-perminute printing of documents up to 8.5'' x 14'' in size.
